While we make every effort to repair rock chips effectively, we cannot guarantee that the damage will not worsen or that the glass will not break. We are not responsible for any further damage to the glass after the repair.

a. Service Limitation: While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee that all issues will be resolved to your satisfaction. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

b. Website Liability: We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our website or the inability to access our website.

Dynasty Glass reserves the right to verify claim type and adjust pricing accordingly. Offers are subject to change without notice.

10. Merchandise & Apparel:

All Dynasty Apparel and merchandise sales are final unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
Exchanges may be offered for sizing issues at our discretion and subject to inventory availability.
Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.

11. Privacy & Data

We value your privacy. Customer information such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses are collected solely for booking, communication, or promotional purposes (when consent is given).

12. Warranty Policy

At Dynasty Glass, we stand behind the quality of every windshield replacement we perform. All glass repairs and replacements completed by our technicians are backed by our Seal Integrity Warranty.

What’s Covered:

If you’ve had your windshield replaced at Dynasty Glass, your installation is covered under warranty for any issues related to. This means that if your windshield develops a leak, wind noise, or similar concern caused by improper sealing or installation, we will repair it at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

  • New rock chips, cracks, or damage caused after installation.

  • Leaks or issues caused by rust, body damage, or structural problems on the vehicle.

  • Glass defects (covered by the manufacturer’s warranty).

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience a concern with your windshield replacement, please contact us directly at 604 396 2150 or email info.dynastyglass@gmail.com. We’ll schedule an inspection to confirm the issue and repair it promptly if it falls under warranty.

Duration:

All ICBC seal and workmanship warranties remain valid for as long as you own the vehicle.

13. Zero Tolerance Policy

  • Violence, threats, or intimidation will result in immediate removal from the premises and may be reported to authorities.

  • Swearing, offensive gestures, or behavior deemed disruptive or harmful will not be tolerated.
