ICBC Warranty & Workmanship – Dynasty Glass
Dynasty Glass is an ICBC-approved auto glass repair facility. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and follow ICBC guidelines for windshield repair and replacement.
🔧 Workmanship Warranty
Dynasty Glass provides a lifetime workmanship warranty on windshield installations performed by our shop.
This warranty covers:
Installation-related issues
Windshield leaks caused by installation
Wind noise resulting from improper installation
Adhesive failure related to workmanship
If an issue arises due to our installation, we will assess and correct it at no charge.
🪟 Glass Warranty
Glass supplied and installed by Dynasty Glass is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
This may include:
Manufacturer defects
Distortion or clarity issues present at time of installation
Glass warranties do not cover damage caused after installation.
🚫 What Is NOT Covered
The following are not covered under ICBC or Dynasty Glass warranty:
Rock chips or cracks caused by road hazards after service
Damage from accidents, vandalism, or environmental factors
Pre-existing vehicle issues not disclosed before installation
Water leaks or calibration issues caused by unrelated vehicle faults
Issues caused by vehicle modifications or aftermarket accessories
📷 ADAS & Windshield Calibration Disclaimer
Some vehicles require Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibration following windshield replacement.
Calibration requirements vary by vehicle
Calibration coverage is subject to ICBC approval and vehicle eligibility
Dynasty Glass follows manufacturer and ICBC-approved procedures
Dynasty Glass is not responsible for ADAS issues caused by unrelated vehicle system faults or pre-existing warning lights.
🧾 ICBC Insurance Disclaimer
Insurance coverage, deductibles, OEM vs aftermarket glass approval, and claim eligibility are determined solely by ICBC.
Dynasty Glass:
Does not control ICBC coverage decisions
Cannot guarantee claim approval or deductible amounts
Will assist customers with the ICBC process where possible
📍 Warranty Conditions
Warranty applies only to the original installation
Proof of service may be required
Concerns should be reported as soon as possible after service
Vehicle must be returned to Dynasty Glass for inspection
